DELIVERY TIMES

All items are made to order and printed specifically for you.

PRODUCTION: 3-7 business days
SHIPPING: 7-13 business days
TOTAL: 10-20 business days from order date

UK: 10-15 business days
Europe: 12-18 business days
USA/International: 15-20 business days

You will receive a tracking number once your item ships
(typically within 7 days of ordering).

WHY MADE TO ORDER?
We don't hold inventory. Each piece is printed when you order it.
This means:
- Better quality prints
- Less waste and overproduction
- No "sold out" items
- Longer delivery times

Rush orders are not available.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Free shipping may be offered on orders over a certain amount (displayed at checkout).

TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow
24 hours for tracking information to update.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivery
but you did not receive your order, please contact your local postal service first,
then reach out to us.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged
by your country. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included
in our shipping costs.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot be held responsible for
orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
