Discounts & Promotions

Do you offer student discounts?

Not currently, but follow us on Instagram (@lowresolutionstudios) for occasional discount codes and promotions.

Can I use multiple discount codes?

No. Only one discount code can be applied per order.

My discount code isn't working. Why?

Check that:

  • You've typed it correctly (codes are case-sensitive)
  • It hasn't expired
  • You meet any minimum purchase requirements
  • You're not trying to use multiple codes

Gift Orders

Can I send an order as a gift?

Yes! At checkout, you can specify a different shipping address. If you'd like us to include a gift note, email us at support@lowresolutionstudios.com after ordering with your request.

Do you include invoices in packages?

No. We don't include pricing information in packages, so it's safe to send as a gift.

Lost or Stolen Packages

What if my tracking says delivered but I didn't receive it?

First, check:

  • With neighbours
  • Any secure locations (porch, mailroom, etc.)
  • With other household members

If you still can't locate it, contact your local postal service with your tracking number. We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery, but we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.

What if my package is lost in transit?

If tracking shows your package hasn't moved in 10+ days or has been lost, contact us at support@lowresolutionstudios.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement if necessary.

Customs & Duties

Will I have to pay customs fees?

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping costs. Contact your local customs office for more information about potential charges.

My package is stuck in customs. What do I do?

Customs processing times vary by country and are outside our control. If your tracking shows your package is in customs, please contact your local customs office directly. Most packages clear customs within 3-7 days.

Yes! Mix and match however you like. All items ship together.

What does "Low Resolution Studios" mean?

We don't chase high definition. We build in static. Low Resolution Studios celebrates imperfection, distortion, and the space between signal and noise. We create apparel for people who see vision before it sharpens. The ones who understand that mystery holds more power than exposure.

Where are your products made?

Our products are printed on demand in the UK and EU using high-quality blanks and printing methods. This allows us to:

  • Reduce waste and overproduction
  • Maintain quality control
  • Offer more designs without holding excess inventory

Are you sustainable?

Made-to-order production means:

  • No overproduction or deadstock
  • Items only made when purchased
  • Reduced waste compared to traditional manufacturing

We're not perfect, but we're committed to being more intentional than fast fashion.

Do you restock sold-out items?

No. We don't do restocks. Each drop is limited and intentional. If you missed it, it wasn't meant for you. Some designs may return in different colorways or variations, but exact items don't restock.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure payment system. We never see or store your card details.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Orders over £50 can be paid in 3 interest-free instalments with Shop Pay. This option is available at checkout.

When will I be charged?

Your card is charged immediately when you place your order. Production begins once payment is confirmed.

Product Care

How do I wash my items?

To keep your items looking their best:

  • Machine wash cold (30°C or lower)
  • Wash inside out
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry
  • Do not bleach
  • Iron on low temperature - avoid ironing directly on prints
  • Do not dry clean

Will the print fade or crack?

Our prints are high quality and designed to last. Following care instructions will keep them looking fresh. Some natural fading may occur over time with regular wear and washing - this is normal and adds to the vintage aesthetic.

Can I return an item if I washed it incorrectly?

No. Damage caused by improper care is not covered under our return policy. Please follow the care instructions provided.

Sizing & Fit

How do your items fit?

HOODIES: Oversized fit. Size down if you prefer a more fitted look.

JOGGERS: Relaxed wide-leg fit. Unisex sizing runs oversized.

TEES: True to size. Relaxed fit with room to move.

Check the size chart on each product page for specific measurements.

I'm between sizes. What should I order?

We recommend sizing up if you're between sizes. Our pieces are designed with a relaxed, comfortable fit.

Do you offer custom sizing?

Not at this time. We offer standard sizes from S-2XL (hoodies/tees) and XS-L (joggers).

Are your items unisex?

Yes. All items are designed to be worn by anyone. Check individual size charts for measurements.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

All items are made to order specifically for you, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges except in cases of:

  • Damaged items
  • Defective prints
  • Incorrect items sent

If you receive a defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll provide a replacement or refund.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We're sorry if that happens! Email us at support@lowresolutionstudios.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defect/damage
  • Description of the issue

We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept size exchanges as all items are made to order. Please refer to our size charts before ordering. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel within 2 hours of placing your order IF it hasn't entered production yet. Email us immediately at support@lowresolutionstudios.com with "CANCELLATION REQUEST" in the subject line. Once production begins (typically within 2-12 hours), orders cannot be cancelled.

Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take?

All items are made to order. Production takes 3-7 days, shipping takes 7-13 days. Total delivery time is typically 10-20 days from order date. We don't hold inventory - each piece is printed specifically for you when you order. This means less waste but slightly longer wait times.

Why does it take so long?

Unlike fast fashion brands, we don't manufacture thousands of items in advance. Each piece is made to order, which means:

  • No overproduction or waste
  • Fresher prints with better quality
  • Lower environmental impact
  • Your item is made specifically for you

Think of it like ordering custom artwork rather than buying off a shelf.

Can I get rush/expedited shipping?

Unfortunately no. All items go through the same production and shipping timeline. Rush orders are not available.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide.

  • UK: 10-15 business days
  • Europe: 12-18 business days
  • USA/Canada: 15-20 business days
  • Rest of World: 15-20 business days

International orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the customer's responsibility.
